These terms apply when you order from this website. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for a pricing error, a stock problem, or where we cannot verify the delivery address — and if we do, anything already paid is refunded in full.
Pricing and tax
Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Our place of supply is Haryana: deliveries within Haryana carry CGST and SGST, and deliveries elsewhere in India carry IGST.
We correct pricing errors when we find them. If a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch rather than simply charging the corrected amount.
Payment
Orders are payable in full at checkout, except cash on delivery within its published limits. Institutional credit terms, where agreed separately in writing, override this.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping Information.
Returns

Product use
Surgical instruments are supplied for use by qualified medical professionals. You are responsible for ensuring an instrument is appropriate for its intended clinical use, and for reprocessing it correctly before use. Reusable instruments are supplied non-sterile unless stated and must be sterilised before first use.
Warranty and liability
Instruments carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, damage from incorrect reprocessing, or mishandling.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, images, product descriptions and design — belongs to Ran Surgicals and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
