This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we hold it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, GSTIN where given, and what you bought.
- Account details — your saved addresses and order history, if you create an account.
- Enquiries — what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data — IP address and basic browsing information, used to keep the site secure and working.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay; only the result of a payment reaches us.
Why we hold it
- To process, dispatch and support your orders.
- To issue GST invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- To answer your enquiries.
- To send marketing, only if you asked for it.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to complete your order: courier partners for delivery, the payment gateway for payment, and our accountants and tax authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained as long as Indian tax law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong — you can also edit most of it in your account.
- Ask us to delete your account, subject to invoice records we must keep by law.
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time, using the link in any marketing email.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. Blocking them in your browser will stop the cart and sign-in from working.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and administrative access is restricted and logged.
